Associated British Foods plc (‘the Company’) was notified on 11 January 2010 that John Bason, Finance Director, had acquired 209 ordinary shares in the Company on 8 January 2010, at a price of £8.51 per share, as a result of his participation in the Associated British Foods plc Dividend Re-investment Plan.
