Associated British Foods plc (‘the Company’) was notified on 16 January 2012 that John Bason, Finance Director, had acquired 231 ordinary shares in the Company on 13 January 2012, at a price of £11.44 per share, as a result of his participation in the Associated British Foods plc Dividend Re-investment Plan.
