Associated British Foods plc (the ‘Company’) makes the following notification in accordance with section 9.6.13 R of the FSA Listing Rules further to the announcement (released yesterday, 8 November 2011) of the appointment of Emma Adamo as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 December 2011.
The Company confirms that there are no details to disclose under paragraphs 9.6.13R (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules in respect of this new director.
