This segment operates globally through two organisations, AB Mauri and ABF Ingredients (ABFI).

AB Mauri operates globally in yeast and bakery ingredient production with 50 plants in 28 countries, supplying plant & artisanal bakers and the foodservice and wholesale channels. It is the technology leader in bread improvers, dough conditioners and bakery mixes.

ABF Ingredients focuses on high value ingredients for food and non-food applications.
It is an international supplier to plant and artisanal bakers and the foodservice and wholesale channels. The group has strong market positions in cereal specialties, emulsifiers, enzymes, esters, extruded ingredients, lactose, specialty lipids, specialty powders, specialty flours, yeast extracts, whey/milk protein isolates and concentrates.
