Associated British Foods plc (‘the Company’) was notified on 5 July 2010 that John Bason, Finance Director, had acquired 103 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 July 2010 at a price of £9.42 per share, as a result of his participation in the Associated British Foods plc Dividend Re-investment Plan.
