Lord Jay of Ewelme GCMG, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the Boards of Valeo, the French-based automobile parts company and Credit Agricole, the French-based international banking group. The appointments were ratified at the Annual General Meetings of Valeo and Credit Agricole on, respectively, 21 May 2007 and 23 May 2007.
