How we report performance and progress
In 2019, we have approached our reporting at a group level across all Associated British Foods businesses, rather than structuring it by individual business segments. We have divided our reporting into three sections:
Under each of these focus areas, we report performance and progress against the issues that are material for our businesses and our stakeholders. These topics are related and interdependent.
We prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our employees, contractors and others we work with. We also aim to cultivate diverse and inclusive workplaces where everyone is respected, supported and empowered to fulfil their potential.
