The figures outlined below are accurate and show both the mean and median differential in pay and bonus between genders across ABF Grain Products Ltd as on 5th April 2021 in line with the requirements of The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. At this date, ABF Grain Products Ltd employed 4,512 people, with 3,583 being male and 929 female (20.6% of our workforce);
